1) The definition of a soliloquy is when a character that is alone onstage tells the audience their thoughts or feelings. On pages 26-29, both Gertrude and Claudius leave the scene, while Hamlet stays behand and talks about how his Father's death is affecting him.
2) Hamlet is very upset about the fact that his mother got over her husbands death so quickly. He's also confused, because she loved him very much, but "Even so, within a month of [his] father's death (I don't even want to think about it. Oh women! You are so weak!) Even an animal would morn the death of it's mate longer than she did!"
